1x Discovery Session
1 hour, 1 on 1 counselling (on line or in person).
An introduction to how counselling may work for you. You will gain insight into your current mental health and how it could be improved to support all areas of your life. Hopefully, the aim here is to plan how you can move forward in a positive, efficient manner. Prior to the session, there is a short online form to fill out (re 15 minutes)

Yoga and Counselling Package:
10 x 1 on 1 session package including 5x yoga (45 minutes) and 5x counselling (50 minutes).
What is included?
A wholistic, “360-degree approach” to mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health using both yoga and psychotherapy.
Individually designed yoga classes and counselling sessions take into account your unique history, current circumstance, your needs and goals.

The 5 Star Method course
My signature Workshop!
A 1 to 1 set of 5 workshops where you will learn all about my unique 5 star method to reset your mental and physical health.
The aim of the course is to equip you with a daily set of tools/ exercises (that take 5 minutes or less to carry out per day). These 5 exercises can be done almost anywhere at any time of the day and provide a simple yet powerful and effective way to aid mental and physical well-being. This workshop includes 5x 1 hour intensive courses that should be completed within 5 weeks. This course includes weekly homework that will take about 15-20 minutes per week. After completing this course you will receive a certificate of completion.
